Connecting with others is where we thrive, and after building a career in the education field (Denise) and years of project and construction management (Scott), we decided the time was perfect to pursue our long-standing interest in the real estate industry with the same passion at heart.

In our life journey, we have had the delight of purchasing and selling many homes for personal use, as well as investment homes. With each home purchase and/or sale, we continuously learn and apply the ins and outs of the real estate industry. This is where our passion began.

We have a creative marketing approach when listing homes. We cover every detail, including preparing the home for the market, open houses, private showings, online appeal through social media, price strategy, virtual tours, professional photographs, and local and regional marketing exposure. Your home has its own unique story. Together, we will work to give your home a lasting first impression to motivate buyers.

We love sailing in Maine’s gorgeous Casco Bay waters, spending time with family and friends, and walking the beautiful beaches in our lovely hometown of Old Orchard Beach.
