About Wendy Cortese

As Director of Operations for Lifestyle Properties, Wendy works directly with our agents to ensure they have the resources, tools, and support they need to provide top-tier service to our clients. She has been a licensed agent since 2007. Wendy has worked as a solo agent and on several top teams from New York City to Los Angeles developing systems, streamlining processes, and promoting strategies that give our clients the greatest advantage and best experience when achieving their real estate goals. She brings a tremendous value to our team with her extensive industry experience in sales, marketing, and luxury client services. 

Wendy grew up in Washington D.C. It was her grandmother, who founded and owned a boutique firm in the metropolitan area, that inspired her early appreciation for architecture, design, and the real estate industry. Wendy now resides in Cape Elizabeth with her wife, Caroline. They enjoy playing pickleball, hiking, gardening, and tending to their sweet tuxedo cat Willow.
