About Colin Krans

After a year of working as the Director of Operations in support of the Lifestyle Properties team, I am excited to have transitioned to working directly with clients in order to achieve their real estate goals. With my previous experience in managing condominium associations in the Greater Portland area, along with my time behind the scenes with Lifestyle Properties, I am able to provide valuable insight into the local areas as well as the overall market. Growing up as the youngest of four brothers, I perfected being both patient and assertive. These skills have helped me thrive in fast paced and competitive atmospheres. On Sundays, you will find me on the baseball field in the summer and on the ski slopes in the winter. I also enjoy visiting with family, including my five nephews and nieces, in New Hampshire.
