About Anne-Marie Mckenzie

I transitioned to real estate after a 13-year career in sales, marketing, and management in the gift and furniture industries as well as at L.L. Bean. As an industry leader in customer service, they taught me to always put the customer first. I incorporate this philosophy into my daily practice and treat all of my clients as I would like to be treated.

 

For many years, I struggled with the thought of working in the corporate world for the rest of my career. In 2003, I was listening to the news of double-digit appreciation in real estate and thought I would be a good fit for the industry.

 

After 18 years as a solo agent, I teamed up with Janice Ryder, a talented, 25-year veteran of real estate. We created the Lifestyle Properties team to support our clients and empower our agents to live a balanced life. We have 14 licensed agents including two amazing administrators. Our team is consistently one of the top 5 teams at Keller Williams Realty.

 

I’m passionate about home staging, green construction, and luxury service, and hold certifications in each. Coupled with my attention to detail and system approach to building a business, my clients and team members benefit from my expertise.
Outside of real estate, you’ll find me planning my next outdoor adventure hiking, boating, or bicycling with my daughter Elena, partner Steve, and friends.
